The client agency relationship starts with a fact-finding process that allows each to learn about the other, uncover needs, create goals, and establish priorities. We are typically hired to handle programs, long-term projects or creative missions. Prior to work initiation, a written agreement is developed which overviews the scope of the service, defines deliverables, outlines ownership, establishes the budget and payment structure.

Particularly favored by clients is our policy of direct to the client billing by vendors. This means that we manage the budget and the process for outside production, but allow the vendor (such a print, mail, media stations etc) to bill you direct. This saves you up to 25% without sacrificing manageability. It also helps us provide unbiased opinions when we don’t earn revenue via commission. We take the role of trusted advisor seriously, and structure our business practices to support this philosophy.

 

The force behind our services is Karen Pittenger, who for the past thirty years has owned and managed three highly respected advertising firms/Top 100 DM Agencies. In 2003, Karen left the agency world to “find a life” and focus on the completion of her book. Jumping off this cliff allowed change and discovery.
